Brun Leger is the Belgian Soft Sugar used to contribute distinguishable toasted toffee and caramel flavors. It is light brown and has a rich flavor.
Always use the amount recommnended in your recipe. Typically added the last 5 minutes of the boil. Add and stir until completely dissolved.
